Who we are

ChangelogFeed is a product by Newlin, a Dutch software company.

What we collect

We only collect what's necessary to provide the service:

• Account: email address and hashed password on registration.
• Changelog entries: version, title, description, and release date that you create.
• Project settings: project name, slug, and configuration you set up.
• Usage data: anonymised page view counts for your public changelog (no personal data of viewers).

Cookies & tracking

ChangelogFeed uses no tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No cookie banner needed.

Where your data is stored

All data is stored on EU servers (Germany). Data is not transferred outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep your data

• Account and changelog data: as long as your account is active.
• After account deletion: all data removed within 30 days.
• Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement).

Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
